i wonder if we should give them bit more priority BG_CPUIO feels too low for them. @Aarrayy what do you think? |

good point, it may be better to instead assign them to the "Service" type, or perhaps not touch them at all. |

podman and distrobox are background processes, this PR adds rules ensuring they are treated that way.
