[Bug]: Laptop doesn't wake up from suspend/sleep; wakes up to black screen.

Description

When closing my laptop lid and opening it back up, it stays on a black screen. Ctrl + Alt + F2/F3/F4/ don't do anything (though i did kind of mash/did them in consecutively)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Close laptop lid
2. Raise laptop lid

Expected Behavior

Re-enter my session and for everything to work properly.

Actual Behavior

Black screen. Ctrl + Alt + F2/F3/F4/ don't do anything.

Additional Context

Months ago I also had this issue, until it just stopped and started waking up correctly again (I think at the time there might've been a commit in CachyOS Settings related to a nvidia config file that did something? I can't remember it all too well).

@BombasticBooger What boot loader are you using for your system? My Laptop (Dell Latitude 5590 Intel-based) I have to disable C_State for it to not do this. No matter what distribution I am on, this happens to me. I was on Ubuntu and it happened, and it started happening as soon as I switched to CachyOS as well.

First recommendation I would have is to check your BIOS to see if you can disable CState (Deep Sleep/similar). If you give me the device brand I may be able to help find where it might be if you are unsure.

Failing that (it didn't work for me); you can add the following flag to your bootloader cmdline:

procesor.max_cstate=0

I use limine so mine was added to /etc/default/limine. Intel has its own flag so I have both.

Apologies for late reply, I should've attached my issue with atleast a fastfetch of my specs, that's my fault :p

though I'm gonna test something later, which is adjusting the nvidia modprobe file to disable s01x as it was reintroduced around a month ago, which might be the reason for all this. If it is, I'll open a issue on CachyOS-Settings' git
