First release with TinySoundFont. Incorporates schellingb/TinySoundFont#88 and schellingb/TinySoundFont#85.

Requirements: Same as base VSBHDA, except 128MB of XMS memory is needed to reliably load soundfonts.

Usage: Drop vsbhdad.exe into any directory, and then launch it with vsbhdad.exe /P330 with the directory in question being the current one. If everything goes right, it should print "TSF loaded" to the screen. HDPMI32i and Jemmex should be loaded beforehand. Real-mode support requires jload QPIEMU.DLL command (replace QPIEMU.DLL with the path to where it is plus the filename itself.).

No releases that work with 16-bit version of HDPMI is planned because of severe memory constraints imposed.
