• README.md lines 43-44: update or remove MacTrack Wiki link (per Remove wiki here, documentation was moved to cacti docs. #241)
• locales/build_gettext.sh: fix include/cacti_version path for plugin context
• Add .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md (match gpsmap)

Optional / review

• docs/CHANGELOG: consider merging into CHANGELOG.md or remove if redundant
