Idea: provide docker and apptainer images

Following CQ, maybe it would be helpful to build images with CQ-editor so that it can be tried out with as little friction as possible?

@adam-urbanczyk What advantage will Docker and Apptainer images provide over the single binaries that we have now?

I'm must admit I did not try the latest executable so take it with a grain of salt. Assuming you have docker/podman/apptainer it is slightly easier and more secure. I.e. no issues with the executable being not signed etc.
