Review credential_balancer plugin implementation for dev/v0.2 #22
Description
Implementation for the credential_balancer plugin is ready in the dev/v0.2 branch at ccproxy/plugins/credential_balancer.
This issue follows up on issue #17 and the request from @2530185073, addressing the support for multiple credentials (accounts) to allow polling in rotation for higher concurrency.
