Previously all files where registered at the same path, and the reloading step wrote all the objects into a single file and reloaded that.

Previously, the macro would register all files under the same name and then write all objects to a single file when reloading.
This also changes
BaubleContext::register_fileto overwrite the old file contents instead of allowing multiple files to be registered with the same path.
