fix: remove dead links from old site in event pages#102

Remove broken links to old Drupal/CMS pages that no longer exist: - Interop test event pages (/iop*, /miop*) - replaced with text - Registration forms (/workshopreg, /conferencereg, /iopregparticipant) - Member-only pages (/membersonly/*) - Calendar files (/CalConnectConference.ics, /CalConnectWeek.ics) - Hotel booking forms and campus maps - Meeting minutes (/minutes) - Other old site aliases (/iopnextalias, /tenthanniversary, etc.) These links pointed to old site features that were not migrated. The surrounding descriptive text is preserved. Closes #60
