We need to add some narrative to prevent panic about markdown notebooks:
- list dependencies to be installed (jupytext, ...)
- add how-to guide, link to fornax documentation
- link to various upstream showing why MyST Markdown is the better choice with no impact on users
Tangential, but questions to also cover:
- using jupytext to convert notebooks to python script files
Add links to upstream tutorials that are also in md:myst; though some of that upstream docs may be not up-to-date (nx-guides, numpy-tutorials).
