Description

Bumps the minimum required metakernel version from >=0.29.5 to >=1.0.0rc0, aligning with the metakernel 1.0 release series.

Changes

• Update metakernel dependency specifier in pyproject.toml
• Regenerate uv.lock (resolves to metakernel 1.0.0rc0)
