Laggy system while recording

Description

Record a video makes my system really slow (CPU used at 100%, encoder process is using fully the CPU). GPU is not used at all for managing the video stream, this explains certainly the performance.

Reproduction

1. Record on a 4k screen with a 1080p webcam stream
2. See the lag

This is strange, we use VTEncoder via AVFoundation for display encoding precisely because it's supposed to be hardware accelerated. Maybe it requires some different configuration for 4k encoding.
