Update to 14.1

Custom Items (Reborn) V7.2.0

I decided to take on the task of redesigning and updating Custom Items. Yay... I guess...

Changelog:

• Updated to EXILED 9.6.0-beta8
• Fixed gitignore.
• Deleted SCP-127(
• Removed code snippets with rooms that no longer exist. I tried to replace them, but maybe they will appear in the void, lol.
• References updated.
• The structure of the project has been changed.
  Full changelog: v7.2.0

I'll rewrite this plugin completely in a couple days)
