Project Overview

Cloud Kitchen is a restaurant management application designed to streamline daily operations and enhance the efficiency of gastronomic establishments. This manual aims to guide users through the main features of the application, facilitating seamless navigation and effective utilization.

Acessing the Application

To access Cloud Kitchen, follow the steps below:

  • Open a web browser in your computer
  • Enter the public server's IP address in the address bar http://168.138.135.134:5173/dash
  • Press "Enter" to access the application's home page

Key Features

Daily Dashboard View

By opening the application link or clicking on the "Dashboard" item in the sidebar, you can view daily information such as reservations, team that worked on the day and best-selling products

HomeDash

Using the calendar located in the upper right corner, you can choose a day to view:

  • In the first section: A graph with the number of reservations made during the hours of the chosen day;
  • In the second section: A graph with the number of reservations during the days of the week referring to the chosen day;
  • In the third section: A table of employees who worked that day and their respective functions;
  • In the fourth section: The best-selling products of the chosen day

General Panels

By clicking on the "Painel" item in the sidebar, you can visualize specific information in dedicated panels, including stock, orders, suppliers, and dish performance

ESTOQUE

In the "Estoque" tab you can view:

  • A table of the ingredients that are stored in your stock, the category and quantity of each one
  • Through the text box above the table you can search for a specific input you want to find

NOTAS

In the "Notas" tab you can view:

  • Four cards that represent information about the services that are respectively:

    • Total revenue
    • Total services
    • Average length of stay in the restaurant
    • Average billing of orders
  • a table with the service commands containing:

    • Quantity of items
    • Note price
    • Opening and closing times of the command
    • Employee who provided the service

FORNECEDOR

In the "Fornecedor" tab you can view:

  • A table with registered suppliers, containing:

    • Name and category
    • Location and delivery time
    • CNPJ and telephone
  • Through the text box above the table you can search for a specific supplier you want to find

PRATOS

In the "Pratos" tab you can view:

  • Six graphs containing, respectively, data from:

    • Best-selling main dishes
    • Best-selling desserts
    • Best-selling drinks
    • Least-selling main dishes
    • Less sold desserts
    • Least sold drinks
  • These graphs quantify the performance of dishes, desserts and drinks throughout the period that records are stored.
