Add more to the top bar

@Phrancis recently created a top-bar for the client, that will stay throughout each "page". Right now the bar only has options for logging in.

Things to possibly add:

• A log out button.
• A "report an bug" button.

This is pretty easily done with Bootstrap, we can just add another row, or add drop-down menus. I'll come up with something and post it soon
