This code is a sort of hypothetical and has not yet been tested. Going to take a step back and setup the basics of the files so they can be tested.

It was an old idea that I had. Maybe it will be implemented later.
I deleted the old login.css that was here, and I am worried that, upon merging, this will delete the login.css in master. Therefore, I copied it into here just to be 100% sure. All credit for this file goes to @Phrancis.
