Remove unnecessary position check which creates errant bullets

Fixes a case where text such as "1 - 2" would create a "1• 2".

LGTM. The bug affects strings that begin with exactly one character + space + bullet, correct?

Correct - essentially it's expecting that there should be a carriage-return or start-of-string before the white space preceding the bullet. I think the > 0 was originally a sanity check so it wouldn't throw an exception if position was < 0 and then a range was created with it, but even then it should have been position < 0. In reviewing the preceding while loop, it appears that position should always be zero or greater.
