App context should not be allowed to change right? Same as with duplicate experiment design modal, this would imply wiping out context-dependent lists and metrics.

One thing also is that Mooclet Experiments require that the title not be changed, as it is directly used to create the reward metrics key.

When an experiment is in enrolling state, what is allowed to be changed? Other states?

When the experiment is in the Inactive status, we should allow changing the App Context, similar to how it works in the Edit Feature Flag modal. Changing the App Context would clear all existing Include/Exclude Lists, and Metrics, so a warning message should be displayed below the App Context drop down.

When an experiment is in the Enrolling status, the Edit Experiment modal should only allow editing the Name, Description, and Tags. On the details page, only the Payloads, Include/Exclude Lists and Metrics tables should be editable.
