Climatologies

Scripts to calculate climatologies from different datasets (BGC-Argo and in situ data).

These scripts include tools:

0_count_avai_nprofiles.py: counts the available BGC-Argo float profiles per basin and plots their monthly distribution.
Aggregating data by depth and time
Creating climatological averages
Exporting the results for visualization or further analysis
