Climatologies

Scripts to calculate climatologies from different datasets (BGC-Argo and in situ data). Used to calculate IC per O2 per run V12C in g100

These scripts include tools:

0_count_avai_nprofiles.py: counts the available BGC-Argo float profiles per basin and plots their monthly distribution (using the full dataset and timerequestors.Clim_month() to assign climatological months).
Yr_Climfloat_netcdf.py: Creating climatological averages and plots all profiles used for each subbasin in med
compare_clima.py: it compares vertical
climatologies from BGC-Argo floats and insitu datasets in each Mediterranean sub-basin
