- Fix exercise visibility (immediate, not 7-day wait)
- Fix FMS scoring (max 21, bilateral uses LOWER of L/R)
- Add exercise review page with inline customization
- Add password reset flow via email
- Reduce exercise count to ~5-7 per patient
- Add comprehensive documentation (CLAUDE.md, DATABASE_SCHEMA.md)
- Clean up one-off migration and test files
