A mirror PR of #45 by @THuppke to make the CI work (see issue 298 of actions/checkout - don't want to overload that issue with references, so just mentioning it).This is now a PR dedicated to testing the
tagsoption after updating it slightly in #45 in order to support pushing new locally created tags.
