Because tiny_container runs a Linux container, and VC++ 2022 is a Windows library. They are incompatible, so it cannot be installed here.

However, if you need a C++ development environment, you can quickly install VSCode or CLion instead: just exit the main interface, go to the 'Quick Commands' screen, and you'll find the one-click installation options for both.
