Analyses of SNP data and ITS spacer and rbcL gene for the genus Sechium (Cucurbitaceae).
This repository contains scripts for running STRUCTURE, SNAPP using SNP data, and divergence time estimation with BEAST, based on the data from Truchot-Taillefer et al. (2026) “Phylogenomics, domestication history, and conservation insights for a neglected and underutilized crop: Sechium edule ssp. edule (Cucurbitaceae) and its wild relatives”, Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution, (DOI:https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ympev.2026.108572).
