Highlights
Crash fixes — the "app randomly closes itself" bug is gone:
- Ctrl+C no longer hard-kills the EXE (ps2exe signal race); it now copies the focused field in the entry view instead.
- Broken console input can no longer silently unwind all menus and close the app; errors stay on screen until you dismiss them.
Smoother terminal UI:
- No more frame jumping: rendering is window-anchored, resizes are handled, and toast messages no longer scroll the console.
- Search finally accepts digits, spaces and symbols; Esc clears an active filter.
Simpler navigation — less is more:
- Main menu: Open Vault / Manage Vaults / Settings / Exit App.
- Vault menu: Entries / Tools / Lock Vault — with "+ Add Entry" right inside the entry list.
- Entry view gained Edit, Delete and reveal-password (Space); Back always returns to where you came from, Esc always goes one level up, and quitting/locking asks first.
- Type /cancel at any add/edit prompt to abort safely.
Polish:
- The VAULT-X ASCII banner and greeting header are back.
- Brand-new clean padlock app icon (multi-size, cyan on dark navy) across the EXE, Start Menu and GUI windows.
- Quitting the app closes the window like a normal console tool — no more leftover PowerShell prompt.
