In addition to the functionality for a group to have a welcome email configured via template, the admin interfaces for viewing and editing groups now have a preview window to see what the emails will look like. Closes #106
Additionally, this change adds unit tests for the Admin::GroupsController to ensure that an admin can edit groups, including adding a welcome email.
