Purpose
This is a follow up to this PR. Currently,
scripts/parse_citation_styles.pyhas to be run to populate the CitationStyle instances for OSF. Discussed with Steve and he thinks it is better to add a migration to do so. This PR port the script so that the styles are automatically parsed upon migration.Changes
