03 update UI anthromes

All changes in src/anthromes and public/data

Full changelist:

• removed annotation bubbles
• tooltips unified. both using km2, unneeded categories deleted.
• tooltip leader restored
• menu clearing behavior updated
• put in gap between inside of waffle chart and map
• increased size of selected year, text expands when selected
• enable scrolling in map canvas
• wrap text in history chart
• add in selected zooms
• add in zoom and zoom out functionality in zoom pop up
• added citations to info panel

I also added this note along with the citations. Maybe you should use the same?
