Scrappers stop working with ImprovedCommandEssence installed

With the newest patch released the scrappers stopped working properly.

Scrappers spawn as intended, scrapper menu works as intended, scrapper takes an item as intended. BUT doesn't drop anything after animation plays, no essence, no scrap.
Additionally tested the issue on clean profile with only ImprovedCommandEssence and dependencies installed, same result. Also, scrappers break with or without Command Artifact enabled.

Please fix, your mod is the only one on Thunderstore that allows such detailed customization of Command Artifact experience.

There's quite a bit that seems to have broken with the new update, Unfortunately the last few months have been hectic for me, so I've not been able to look at it yet.
Hopefully I can set some time aside over the next few weeks and at least get it back to pre-Storm functionality.
