Summary

Follow-up to #38 (Phase 17.10). The one-shot audit treated any link to a
non-live slug as broken. After deploying the blog_slug_redirects table,
those links 308 to a live successor and are no longer broken. The audit
now probes the API (following one redirect) and reports such links as
"resolved via redirect".

Post-deploy re-run (FASE 6.4): internal_broken drops from 60 to 0;
the 6 distinct slugs (incl. big-five-vs-disc-vs-belbin and the
doubled-suffix slugs) appear under the new "resolved via redirect"
section.

Scripts-only change; no deploy triggered.

A link to a slug that is not in the live set is not necessarily broken:
blog_slug_redirects may 308 it to a live successor. The audit now probes
the API (following one redirect) and classifies such links as "resolved
via redirect" instead of broken. After deploying the Phase 17.10
redirects, the 60 previously-flagged internal links (6 distinct slugs)
now report as resolved and internal_broken drops to 0.
