Day and night examples will cause bugs in 2.5D

What happened?

This example has a bug https://sandcastle.cesium.com/index.html?src=Earth%20at%20Night.html
I also get bugs in local 2D mode。

Reproduction steps

1.open https://sandcastle.cesium.com/index.html?src=Earth%20at%20Night.html
2.select dynamic lighting
3.Select 2.5D mode
