What: Pre-populate server with realistic farm, workers, completed lot chain for demo.
Needs:
- Realistic farm with name, location, altitude
- 5-10 workers with names
- Completed shift with check-ins
- Lot with full custody chain (farm → wet mill → dry mill → exporter → roaster)
- Payment records
- Script to run on production server
