Applicability of TT-Mars for identifying SV calls obtained from BAM files created using aligners other than LRA

Thanks for building this great and unique validation tool for the community. I'd appreciate it if you could clarify if the TT-Mars workflow mentioned in the paper is also applicable for identifying SV calls obtained from BAM files created using aligners other than LRA? (The paper says that LRA with -CONTIGS option has been used for generating the assembly alignments, and samLiftover has been used to create the liftover maps.)
