What's new
- Popout resume: after closing a popout, reopening restores window position and size in addition to URL (same browser session)
Fixes
- Settings mobile/desktop change: already-open popouts get the new default width again
- Initial popout layout is saved on create so default-size windows can resume position/size without dragging first
更新说明
- 小窗续看：关窗后再点除恢复 URL 外，还恢复上次小窗位置与大小（同一次浏览器会话）
- 设置里切换移动/桌面时，已打开的小窗会恢复对应默认宽度
- 新建小窗时即写入初始位置与大小，未拖动过也能续看布局
