Complete Service Layer Coverage for All models #17
Description
Some model services are incomplete and missing required CRUD operations.
We need to:
- complete CRUD coverage for model services that are partial/missing operations
- review existing service code for correctness and consistency
- check the service behavior and business rules are implement appropiately
