Updated the OCPP configuration manager to a new concept, where i'll introduce two separate managers - one for version 1.6 and another for 2.0.1.

Added:

• Custom key & value validation on update
• Dynamic mandatory key validation based on the requested profile
• Configuration defaults for OCPP profiles, which can also be modified

Removed:

• File read and writes, as that is responsibility of the library user instead of the library itself

Updated:

• Improved the underlying checks with lo library for better readability of the code
