Feature comparison with competitor runtimes (chicory on jvm/android) #99

How is this runtime different from chicory in jvm/android? Can you list out the fundamental differences of chasm? chicory also has AOT compile mode, but I guess by design chasm is interpreter-only mode? |

High level overview as of today: Chicory: JVM only, Interpreter and AOT, Supports Wasm 2.0 spec Honestly if you're in a scenario where you can do AOT, then go with chicory... AOT will always be faster than interpretation. If you need interpretation Chasm is the better choice at present, it supports more of the Wasm specification and is a fair bit faster |
