Updated the jar to include configuration to build and publish the maven jar

  • Updated version from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1. Contains changes to environment variables as updated in CLI
  • Updated main.yml file to build and then publish the jar
  • Added the test cases and automation to run the test cases using github action when changes are pushes to master branch including pull request
