Description

This PR fixes AST-127206, where .dockerfile files were not collected due to a conflict between KicsBaseFilters and BaseIncludeFilters.
The issue occurred because BaseIncludeFilters matched the dock pattern while KicsBaseFilters applied a ".dockerfile" with ""." prefix, causing .dockerfile files to be incorrectly excluded from collection.
