Major Changes

  • Notification module - Add module to manage notification rules.

Known Issues

  • Notification module - Before Checkmk 2.4.0p14, rule creation always creates new notification parameters.
  • Notification module - Idempotency relies on the notification rule ID and falls back to the description. If none is provided, the module will fail.
  • Notification module - The module is not tested against Checkmk 2.3 due to a shortcoming of the REST API. It should work, but configuration will be tedious, as all options need to be configured, not only relevant ones. We recommend upgrading your Checkmk.

New Modules

  • checkmk.general.notification - Manage notification rules in Checkmk.
