• Submoduling everything
• Removed MTT (because it doesnt play nice with submodules i think)
• Fixes Shift-R-LeftClick Deletes JetPack #197
• Fixes Per-player BGM volume doesn't persist #194

Issues i cannot reproduce or confirm:

MTT is complaining that the game doesn't work, probably because it doesn't pull from submodules

i think i can just kill mtt? it's not like it's doing anything useful anyway, sbz doesn't have tests and most likely never will

• i will disable stubes from the creative inventory, as it's clear that they aren't useful yet and may confuse players
• i will fix some bugs
