Option to Freeze or Unfreeze Time Once Set to Client-Side #5

Currently, when you change time client-side via the mod, it keeps it frozen at the time you set it at, which is perfectly fine.

The extra addition that I'm suggesting is to allow it to pass/cycle as normal on the new anchored time you set it at. So basically, we'd be able to control time and either freeze it or allow it to cycle as normal.
