feat: MinApp tabs, keep MinApp alive to re-open it without loading again

feat: MinApp tabs

• we can open MinApps (for now max 3 tabs) and keep them alive for re-opening them without loading again
• opened MinApps show in the sidebar with indicator, easy to find & re-open
• in the pinned area of sidebar, opened MinApp will show breathing effect

refactor: the architecture of MinAppContainer

• for the tabs to realize, the code of MinApp container are refactored
• the way to open the MinApp is changed, now use openMinApp from useMinappPopup hook
