ChimeraOS 49-2 (cabd8c9)

Manually built transition release to new update system.

Identical to 49-1 except it includes an updated version of frzr and additional dependencies required by that version.

NOTE: Tag is not accurate. GitHub uses date of commit, so must be set to a newer commit than 49-1.
