Purpose:

• Close remaining out-of-code architecture gap by ratifying runtime topology decisions.

Depends on:

• OPS-07: Containerized deployment baseline (Docker + reverse proxy + compression) #69
• OPS-09: Staged deployment workflow with blue/green or canary release policy #101
• OPS-10: Infrastructure-as-Code baseline for Taskdeck environments #102
• PLAT-03: SignalR scale-out readiness (backplane/service strategy) #105

Scope:

• Produce ADR for initial production topology (compute, load balancing, autoscaling, regional posture).
• Define minimum viable SLO-oriented autoscaling and health-check policy.
• Document tradeoffs for managed vs self-managed service choices.

Acceptance Criteria:

• ADR captures selected topology, rejected alternatives, and operational consequences.
• Autoscaling and load-balancer policy is documented with trigger thresholds.
• Readiness/liveness and rollback expectations are explicit.
• Follow-up implementation issues are enumerated from ADR outcomes.
