Scope:

• Add global fuzzy search for boards/cards/users with keyboard-first navigation.
• Provide quick actions from search results (open, copy ID, focus board, create card draft).
• Reuse command palette and selector infrastructure where feasible.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users can find and open boards/cards without raw-ID navigation.
• Search results support keyboard traversal and action execution.
• Search performance budget is defined and validated for representative datasets.
• Unit/E2E tests cover core search and quick-action behaviors.
