Scope:

• Publish developer-facing API docs generated from OpenAPI contracts.
• Add webhook/event payload examples and authentication guidance.
• Provide quickstart snippets for common integration tasks.

Acceptance Criteria:

• API docs are generated from source contracts (not hand-maintained copies).
• Auth and error-contract sections are explicit and aligned with live behavior.
• Webhook payload examples include signature verification guidance.
• Docs build/publish workflow is automated and version-aware.
