Running in Windows 10 22H2

When using Win 11 Creator on downloaded-from-Microsoft ISO named
Win11_25H2_EnglishInternational_x64_v2.iso
The Win11 Creator stops working at the Copying ISO Contents From.... stage. It has been hung there for nearly an hour now. I checked the target directory where it was copying the files to and the number of files and total disk size of that directory has not changed for the last half and hour at least so it is definitely no longer copying any new files into there. The Winutil window is still responsive and I can switch tabs and open the help and About menu in it, but the Win11 Creator tab seems hung. This is the status log in that tab:

I think I found the problem - there was not enough space on C: to copy the ISO contents so it stopped. Would be helpful if it gave some error message to say so.
