NfcLibrary

The NFC Library app is a user-friendly application that uses Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to provide quick access to book information. It was created with Android Studio using the Java language, as well as SQLite for the database. By scanning a book with an NFC tag, users can retrieve details such as the title, author, genre and description of the book. In addition, the program offers intelligent book recommendations, suggesting similar books. With the app, users can easily explore a diverse collection of literature and enhance their reading experience through efficient access to book information. It is worth noting that our application is also provided in Greek, since we used strings.xml and translated the corresponding text fields. In our case the book data is in English, while we could have used corresponding data in Greek.
