[BUG] Plan type issue

Description

In serving when you try to edit the name of a plan type, or add a new plan type you get an error message. However, if you click out of the box and back on plan, the edits have been made.

Steps to Reproduce

From the B1 admin go to serving click add plan type and try to add a new plan. Give the plan a name and click save. There you'll see the error message. Click cancel on the edit plan type box and you'll see the new plant type.

When you try to make a new plan type or edit an existing plan type, there is an error message. However, it does make a plan type but when you click on it, it says plan type not found.
