Stream set initialisation issue

I'm getting the following error while initialising the test, do I've to create the Jena index file, I thought it should be automatically generate by the Jena library. Thanks

Hello Gillani,

"CQELS_DB" is the home directory for cqels database (mainly used for caching), if you don't have this folder on your file system please create it and try again.

Hi Feng,

I suspected this as well, and I did try to create such folder in the project directory, but I'm still getting the same issue. My directory structure is as follow.

./Benchmark-master/CQELS_DB
./Benchmark-master/lib
./Benchmark-master/dataset

so on and so forth. Thanks

Looks like a path issue here, can you try to change the cqelsHome in org.insight_centre.aceis.io.rdf.RDFFileManager from "CQELS_DB/" tp "CQELS_DB"+File.separator (or remove the backslash) and see if problem persists, also full read/write permissions must be granted.

Plus, even if I don't use the CQELS engine and just utilise the CSPARQL, the problem persist. I don't know why you initialised the CQELS repo, even if someone is only querying using CSPARQL engine. Thanks

Thanks for reporting the issue on cqels engine initialisation, this was an overlook and has been corrected at https://github.com/fenggao86/Benchmark/tree/master/src/org/insight_centre/citybench/main

Will ask some colleagues tomorrow who has successfully deployed city bench on their machine about the file read problems. btw, what OS are you running?

Hello Gillani,

My colleague using ubuntu tried intalling & deploying CityBench today, he succeeded without any issues. However i was able to reproduce the problem if i change org.insight_centre.org.aceis.io.rdf.RDFFileManager.cqelsHome to an invalid string, e.g., "nonexistfolder", also, i found that appending slashes to the home directory does not have effects on my machine, e.g., "CQELS_DB" or "CQELS_DB/" or "CQELS_DB//" are all valid, perhaps this is a jdk-specific feature? (i am compiling with jdk 1.7), could this be relevant for your error trying to access :"CQELS_DB//dict" ?

Thanks Feng, I'll check it soon. I was more interested in using CSPARQL then CQELS, but will report back soon if the issue is resolved or not.
